National Bankruptcies Decrease

On April 5, 2011, in Bankruptcy, by Benjamin Yrungaray

While still at elevated levels, the American Bankruptcy Institute revealed that national bankruptcy filings for the first quarter of 2011 decreased 6% from 2010 first quarter filings.  While a 6% decrease is a significant decrease in filings, the 2011 levels are still at historically high levels.

At De Novo Law Firm, we continue to represent clients who have need of our service.  While bankruptcy is not the right option for every client, our firm continues to help clients with loan modification, real estate litigation, and looking at debt settlement options.
